    LONDON, Aug. 12 (Xinhua) -- International Olympic Committee President Jacques Rogge declared the 30th Olympic Games close on Sunday night.
In his address at the closing ceremony, Rogge described the third Summer Games hosted by London as "happy and glorious".

LONDON, Aug. 12 (Xinhua) -- Olympic chief Jacques Rogge hailed the London Olympics as "happy and glorious" games as he closed the 30th Summer Games.
